Blogging away again... Not much work to do today cause I went to Mindef this morning. The seniors have got the other stuff covered, so today's a slack day.
Anyone notice the change in the blog layout? It's still work in progress, ya? Not too happy with the pics and I'm tweaking the stuff. But rest assured, changes will be made, and hope to make them good, and ASAP.
Raining outisde... Again. I guess it's inevitable that rain is abundant in a tropical country, but in my memory, the rainy season does not arrive till the last quarter of the year. Unpredictale weather; Just like people's lives, remain a guessing game. Nothing is 100% sure.
An unexplained bout of depression struck me today. Bad.
Must try to improve my finishing... Especially on layups. I realized that till this day, I have not grasped the fudamentals of making a shot other than my favourite jumpper. It is important to finish at the basket. I can be bricking all those layups, especially when I've managed to become a decent penetrator. ECband is also lacking the chemistry, probably because we've not really been playing together much these few weeks. No matter, we're still decent, it's not like the end of the world or something.
Speaking of the end of the world, the sky looked like it was the end of the world last evening. It was yellow, a sickly yellow hue.
Bored and without my sketchbook... Just waiting for this day to end.

Ah well... Back at the office after collecting my number 3 uniform from Mindef all the way at the other end of the island.
Apparently, I can't wear the number 3 to work yet because it's missing the name tag. M'am Tracy the Chief Clerk says we'll get it next week, so... 1 more week of wearing the uncomfortable army number 4.
Today's lunch was good, Briyani Rice, fried fish, curry chicken, "papadom" and spinach soup. Plus Ice-cream. I guess that's the cookhouse's apology for the atrocious quality of food served during the previous week.
Ah well... Another day without much "deep" thoughts, guess it's true conclude that the more content one is with life, the less one would tend to blog.
Yeah, life's pretty good at the moment, the only "problem" I'm currently faced with is the lack of funds... Yes, the measely pay that the SAF gives me every month is pathetic, and it's barely enough to cover my costs. It's almost a miracle that I managed to save an average of $50 per month for the first 3 months in NS. Yups, A little proud of myself there. My bank account has increased by around $150. My balance at the moment stands at around $2135... The minimum Balance that I can have at the end of his month is $2050... SO that leaves me with less than a hundred bucks to spend... Sighs... That's cause I imposed a $100 increase in my bank account every month. Maybe this month I'll allow the minimum to drop to $2000.... Gah!

I had inspiration to write a post a few hours ago, but I was too occupied with work to get down to writting it. Now, I forogt what in the world I wanted to write... Gah!
Why am I using Blogspot? Well... Opendiary takes a very long time to load on the coms in the office.
Played ball with my seniors yesterday... That's about the most interesting thing I did this week? Ah well... Weekend coming soon. Wonder how I'm gonna settle the clash in my schedule... I've got the observatory concert and I 've also been invited by my juniors to the Drama Club's post SYF party on saturday... Argh.... How? I dunno... Just waiting for the details to come in from the drama club side.
Gotta go abck to work now...
